Down a Hole (D-14)

Being complacent,
I plunge into great darkness,
stumbling down a hole.

I grab for Safety.
Nothing claimed, I continue
to sink further down.

Only gets darker,
nothing left but my own thoughts,
it adds to the dark.

I land in a heap.
Stare up and see, there, a light.
I just need some time.
